1. Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process.  

 

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.  

 

6. Shipping to International Addresses

We currently ship to [List of Countries]. International shipping rates may vary and additional customs duties or taxes may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
