Strikr Plate and its parent company HUMBL provide the Strikr Plate PDLC film and associated mounting accessories solely for lawful purposes. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the use of this product.

Strikr Plate and Humbl shall not be held liable for any misuse of the Strikr Plate PDLC film or mounting accessories, including but not limited to:

• Obscuring or altering license plates in violation of any traffic laws.
• Using the product in a manner that creates a safety hazard or interferes with the operation of a motor vehicle.
• Any other illegal or unauthorized use of the product.

The purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strikr Plate and HUMBL from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, or misuse of the Strikr Plate PDLC film and mounting accessories.
